VENUE TOKYO(以下「当方」)は、東京の音楽イベント地図アプリ「VENUE TOKYO」(以下「本アプリ」)、および本アプリの公開に先立って提供する事前登録フォームにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。
本アプリの公開前に、公開時のご案内を目的とした事前登録フォーム(Googleフォーム)を提供する場合があります。このフォームにご自身の意思でご登録いただいた場合、以下の情報を収集します。
これらの情報はGoogleフォーム/Googleスプレッドシート上に保管され、公開のご案内以外の目的には使用しません。第三者への提供・販売は行いません。登録内容の削除をご希望の場合は、後述の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリ本体は、以下の情報を端末内でのみ使用し、外部のサーバーに送信・保存することはありません。
本アプリ本体はアカウント登録機能を持たないため、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しません(上記1.の事前登録フォームは本アプリ本体とは別の、公開前のみの案内目的の仕組みです)。広告用のトラッキングは本アプリ内では行っていません(このウェブサイトでのアクセス解析については次項をご覧ください)。
本アプリの紹介・事前登録を目的としたこのウェブサイト(venuetokyo.com)では、Googleアナリティクスを利用し、ページの閲覧状況や、どのSNS・広告経由でアクセスされたかといった流入経路を、匿名の統計情報として収集しています。氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を特定できる情報を収集するものではありません。Googleアナリティクスについて詳しくは、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
また、X(旧Twitter)上で実施する広告の効果測定を目的として、Xの計測タグ(Xピクセル)を設置しています。これは、X広告経由でこのウェブサイトに訪れた方の閲覧状況を匿名の統計情報として収集し、広告の効果測定・配信の最適化に利用するものです。氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を特定できる情報を収集するものではありません。詳しくは、Xのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは、地図上に表示する会場・イベント情報を、当方が管理するサーバー(GitHub)から取得します。この通信は本アプリのコンテンツを最新に保つためのものであり、利用者を特定する情報は一切含まれません。
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

VENUE TOKYO ("we", "us") operates the Tokyo music event map app "VENUE TOKYO" (the "App"), and a pre-registration form offered ahead of the App's launch. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with both.
Before the App launches, we may offer a pre-registration form (Google Forms) so we can notify you when it's available. If you choose to sign up, we collect:

The App itself has no account/sign-in feature, so we never collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the App (the pre-registration form in Section 1 is a separate, launch-notice-only mechanism, not part of the App itself). We do not perform any advertising tracking within the App itself (see the next section for analytics on this website).
This website (venuetokyo.com), which introduces the App and offers pre-registration, uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate statistics such as page views and how visitors arrived (e.g. which social media post or ad referred them). We also use the X (formerly Twitter) pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on X. This collects anonymous, aggregate statistics about visits to this website that originate from our X ads, used to measure ad performance and optimize delivery. The App fetches venue and event listings displayed on the map from a server we manage (GitHub). This request only updates the App's content and never includes any information that identifies you.
We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
